Slaa, the Director General of NHC, the Mayor of Dar es Salaam City, and other distinguished guests, marks a transformative step for the redevelopment of over 16 properties in Kariakoo, the Central Business District of Dar es Salaam.

This pivotal arrangement paves the way for the demolition of existing structures and the commencement of an ambitious construction phase that will redefine the urban landscape of Kariakoo.
